Set / Props
With Starlight being involved in so many shows through our adult society, stage school and working with other groups we have already built up a huge collecting of Sets, Props, Costumes, Unique Items that may be needed for certain shows etc. In many cases we have bought or paid for these items to be constructed or alternatively spend several hours ourselves designed and constructing the items so we are trying to recoup a little from these things to put towards future projects.
Starlight Stage Productions are very lucky to have a storage premises in Kilkenny city where we house all our costumes, sets and props in one place. Visitors are welcome to come along and view what we have stored if it may be of help to them with regards to their own shows. We are not hiring stuff for financial gain because any money received from groups hiring items from us goes back into our fund for building our next set or buying props or costumes for our next show.

- Palm Trees - two self standing wooden palm trees (Joseph and Disney’s Aladdin Jr)
- Dinner Trolley - Serving trolley with hole for head to pop up (Joseph, Beauty and the Beast for Chip, Disney’s Aladdin Jr)
- London style Lamppost - a Black self standing lamppost (My Fair Lady, Oliver, Joseph )
- Stone Wall - four stone wall effect pieces made with plaster cast (Beauty and the Beast, The Field, any Irish play)
- Flower Bushes - three self standing wooden bushes (Wizard Of Oz, The Wiz)
- Magic Lamp - Two large wooden magic lamps for set decoration, one gold lamp hand prop (Disneys Aladdin Jr, Aladdin panto, Ali Baba)
- Benches - Gray wooden benches for use in many shows (Grease, Fame, Oliver)
- School Lockers - Ten working real school lockers (High School Musical, Fame, Grease)
- American Flag - Two large American flags (Grease, Game, High School Musical)
- Royal Carriage - shoulder carry carriage for Arabian/Asian style royal (King And I, Disney’s Aladdin Jr)
- Wooden Fence - two self standing wooden fences (Oklahoma, Wizard Of Oz)
